Our representation has included applications for conditional and absolute water rights, groundwater and well issues, changes of water rights and points of diversion, water exchanges, and plans for augmentation.  Much of our work occurs in the Division 5 water court located in Glenwood Springs, but we have the skills and resources to work in any division in Colorado.

The firm is also expert in handling water rights related litigation in federal and state courts, including easements and rights-of-way issues, organization and management of ditch companies, and abandonment of water rights.

We regularly work with federal resource agencies, state water officials, and local governmental boards in all water-related approval and permitting processes, and have been instrumental in obtaining necessary water-related permits and approvals for our clients.
